Entrevista
Three calls - two phone ones with HR and a video call with the team's manager and a team member, which also included technical exercises.
The HR part was clear and quite straight to the point, also very accommodating to my needs at the time.
The third call was a bit late in the evening due to timezone issues, but they were quite understanding. They were also able to see that some mistakes I made during the call were due to nervousness and tiredness (it was after my day shift at the previous job), which I really appreciated.

Three exercises to solve during the call. A simple programming task to solve in language - or pseudo language of choice - dealing with strings and arrays. Linux administration questions and tasks (e.g. how to manage/navigate a filesystem. how many commands do you know to list dirs, how to ping/curl/telnet). A devops exercise based on jumping on a K8S cluster and troubleshooting a clearly misconfigured deployment (e.g. limits/requests incredibly high).

Entrevista
The interview is a 3 step process.
1) Recuiter Call -> 30 Mins
Brief HR and company introduction
2) Managers Call -> 1 Hour
Situation based behavioural questions from experience
3) Panel Interview (3 People) -> 1.5 hour
Technical round with screen share and coding
Overall I would rate this company and its interview process as a completely negative experience
The HR doesn't have the courtesy to follow back on an email when enquired about the status after attending all rounds.
Their weird hiring portal got changed and there is no means for anyone to check the application status.

Entrevista
Recruiter phone screen, manager phone screen, on site with the person who would have been my co-worker. Easy on site interview, I could answer every question. Ghosted. Recruiter wouldn't respond to calls or texts. I can't believe that a company of this size would treat a candidate like this.
