I applied through LinkedIn and got an email from the recruiter saying that they were excited to invite me to their hiring process. I attended the webinar that they promoted as first step of the process (optional, but recommended) and they talked about the challenges that we would face in the process. It is supposed to be a take home assessment, then live code interview and then system design interview. I didn't get to this point, because after sending the code assessment, they kept sending me weekly emails saying that there is a delay on the code reviews. Then after a month of this, they sent me a rejection letter saying "after careful consideration, we've decided not to move forward with your candidacy". No useful feedback and based on the generic answer I got, I can't even tell if they actually reviewed my code. I asked for a real feedback and got ghosted.
