The interview process is very lean in nature and may be based on the company's start-up business model.
Have the following comments,
It is a great advantage if your mother tongue is Chinese and very fluent in mandarin in cyber jargon.
Questions irrelevant asked as though more on the interviewer's expertise and not based on the scope of work for the interviewee applied for the job position
Getting inexperienced or someone just expert in one area to interview candidate aspired position applied is a total let down with arise of bad communication and understanding. Imagine if got selected, communication is not clear on meeting objective, it will cause an accumulation of communication issues and resulted in a catastrophe problem from top management to the ground workers...

There are 2 rounds of interviewed. 1st round comes from senior engineer or team lead about the technology knowledge.2nd round with technical manager. The process is simple and efficient for candidates.
They response the feedback timely. A very good interview experience.

Entrevista
The initial process was quite fast, but some steps were quite redundant and time consuming.
During the interview, a lot of repeated questions, plus a lot of emphasis placed on experiences that happened many years back rather than the most recent ones.
Interviewers did not seem to understand my questions at times as well, and similarly, I was not able to understand some of their questions even when I asked for clarification.
Was told that I would be notified about the results the next day, but did not hear back for some time. So I took the proactive step to withdraw instead because I do not believe in their HR processes and structure, at least with the way it currently is.
