Terrible experience. I interviewed for a Senior Software Engineer role. I completed 4 rounds of interviews and was told they want to hire me. They scheduled additional call with a Manager of a specific team to advertise this team to me. Some days later they ended up giving me an offer for a different team and for a Mid level Software Engineer - below my current eng level and below my pay expectations. I tried to negotiate and asked for a Senior level offer. The recruiting coordinator kept gaslighting me and disrespecting me over the emails. Then ghosted me. Then told me they are withdrawing the offer because they don't like that my expectation is to be promoted in the near future. Wasted 1.5 months of my time for this circus of incompetency.
