I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OYO (Kolkata).
Got call to attend interview. 3 rounds of interview. One is with HR and another withMicro Market CEO and the final round with Regional Sales Head Manager.
HR round is simple. Just introduction.
The rest two rounds are bit difficult as it will include questions about your past experience and how will you get new customers, they will test your convencing skills.
Situation based questions.
1. Imagine a room which is priced at 1000rs in OYO website and app. You are being asked to sell the same room for 1200rs offline. Can you sell it at a higher price if yes, how?
2.You are the demand manager, one of your corporate clients who had booked through you had a real bad experience. You are approaching him once again. How will you approach?
Interview is very technical and business account , confidence level check and capability , also the travel interest on daily basis in the market for corporate sales visit and also technical sales questions and answers with stakeholders

When visiting universities they have Campus process which starts with a basic aptitude round on Average room rate, revenue calculation then based on it shortlisting for personal interview round. In that they ask about diff roles that we are interested in, based on it role level questions as in how to grow the business, market research and survey etc.
Interview was good i applied by the campus so Interview was very easy you have only the ask about introduction or some project or location or about what do you kbow about oyo
