It was an effective process, consisted of two rounds, Technical Round and then HR round. Interviewers were nice. The only thing was the Ambience wasn't resonating much with that of a corporate, the setting of the office was okay.

Entrevista
1. Application Review

2. Initial Screening (Phone/Video Call)
Objective: To verify basic qualifications, understand your interest in the role, and discuss salary expectations.

Interviewer: HR representative or recruiter.
3. Technical/Skill Assessment (Role-specific)
Objective: To evaluate your technical expertise or specific skill sets required for the role. For example:
Case Study: For consulting roles, you might be asked to solve a case study.
Problem-Solving: Data analysts may be given a data set to analyze.
Scenario-Based Questions: For roles in healthcare or pharma, you might discuss a relevant business scenario.
Duration: 30–60 minutes.
Format: Online test, coding challenge, or assignment submission.
4. Technical/Functional Interview
Objective: To dive deeper into your technical knowledge and assess problem-solving abilities. The interviewer might discuss your past projects, case studies, or specific technical skills (e.g., pharmaceutical knowledge, EMR systems).
Duration: 45–60 minutes.
Interviewer: Senior team member or technical expert.
5. Behavioral/HR Interview

First round is Aptitude test which is quite easy and then there are two Personal interviews, one round is the technical interview and second round is with the Senior manager.
