I was initially hired by Vice Chairman Steve Hayden as the Regional Creative Director on the IBM account in Asia. I was based in Tokyo. As Steve Hayden knew of me since before the interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with 1 person on the phone, i went to tokyo for an in person interview. And consequently I was hired.
