The interview was done in two stages an in-between a trial test (designing a piece) was requested. Although the overall time spend in the agency for the interview and the test was quite long (4h) the interviewing team seemed interested in how I could act in the company and according to my sole judgement made fair proposals for me.

The first part was basically a description of my main projects and some questions about my education and my past working experiences. The second part was about the job description.
