They recruited at my school and I was required to send an application to both the my school's career site and their company site. The next step was a one on one behavioral interview with a senior or account executive. The third and last step would be an invite for super Saturday.

Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
