The interview process was good until the company decided to ghost me after all rounds, right before the on-site meeting with a hiring manager to finalize everything. During the process, they were very communicative, supportive, and transparent until they stopped all communications and never responded to several follow-ups. That goes so against the values they told me many times about: transparency, soft skills, and communication. A simple message telling what happened would have sufficed; instead, there was complete ghosting. If you focus so much on the soft skills and transparency, maybe don't do it selectively?

3 rounds about, 1. hr: Intro about past experience, motivation to join etc. 2. tech: Simple tech questions, talking about design patterns 3. product: more of a behavioural round rather than product, for e.g. when was last time you used a data-driven approach etc.
