The first step was a short call with a recruiter or HR representative. They asked basic questions about my customer service background, availability, and comfort level with handling a high volume of calls. They also explained the role, scheduling expectations, and what the reservation department is like day-to-day.

Entrevista
Interview process was very straight forward. Face to face onsite with HR. Felt more like a screening than an interview. I was asked very basic questions like, "why are you interested in this position?" I was told the Reservations Manager would be in touch soon with the next steps.
A week later, I had my a second face to face interview the Reservations Manger. More of a thorough interview with detailed questions. After we finished, I toured the office and they offered me the position.
