An absolutely horrendous process. They made me do a HR screen and then 4 individual interviews with 4 different teams members, which was a total waste of time, the interviewers were unprepared and didn't know what the job was going to do. After not getting that job, I was referred to a different job, under the same person. That interview was a SQL test that was a surprise when I was in the interview. I was so put off the process that I didn't even want the job at this point. Optimum seems like a huge mess and seems like a bad place to work.
