Interviewed with Talent acquisition rep first, it was an easy conversation. Then did the phone and HireVue process. While different, I had a great time doing it. The questions were easy to answer. I would love to see the recorded interview for my own records.

Describe the most difficult and rewarding day you've had.
Not too bad. Talked to recruiter and then the principal consultant who asked technical questions. After talking to the principal consultant , I spoke with the Practice Lead who asked more operational questions.

Entrevista
Technical interview along with management/training style questions. The interview overall felt similar to other competitors. Structure of the interview felt fine, for the Senior Consultant role it was more focused on less-technical and more risk based discussions

3 Stage virtual interviews. Talent Acquisition was proactive and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Technical interview was thorough, a mix of basic and advanced technical questions as well as how you approach problems and solve problems for clients.
Very positive experience overall.
