It was the onsite interview. First it's phone call to setup onsite date. Went through 4 teams. OS questions and algorithm questions. I did 4 interviews one day. Each consisted of 2-3 turns. Kind of heavy. But overall experience was good.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Oracle (Austin, TX).
Entrevista
Good process. Completed an in person interview as well a mock demonstration in a group of 5. Then 3 other follow up and spoke to current solution consultants. Great experience
Mostly coding question focused, and some talking about personal experience and terms. Some technical design, you could have chosen any language to complete the coding questions. Questions were simple technical concepts that person came up with at the moment.

Something like searching in logs using maps and filter/find data
1. Coding Exam
The first step was an online coding assessment designed to evaluate your technical fundamentals. Expect algorithmic problems and data structure questions, think LeetCode-style challenges.
2. Panel Interview with Coding
The second round was a panel interview that combined technical and conversational elements. You'll solve coding problems live in front of multiple interviewers, so be ready to think out loud and walk through your approach clearly.
3. Behavioral Interview with Senior Manager
The third round shifted focus to leadership and behavior. A Senior Manager will ask situational and competency-based questions — typical STAR-format stuff around how you handle conflict, drive results, lead teams, and navigate ambiguity.
4. Behavioral Interview with Director
The final round was a higher-level behavioral interview with a Director. Expect more strategic questions around vision, influence, and how you've driven impact at an organizational level. This round felt more like a culture and values alignment check.
