The interview process consisted of a 1 hr phone screen followed by an onsite interview. Onsite interview consisted of 6 1:1 interviews and a presentation. The team members were highly accomplished technical experts. 1:1 sessions were more of a discussion rather than a point and shoot Q&A.

It is panel interview and happened twice with the same panel on different dates. Director Level Interview happened with US onsite team after much gap. Never got chance to interact with HR as technical team (Manager) handles the salary negotiation and documents collection etc.
