I applied via LinkedIn for a job posting from Oracle recruiter. I got a call within one hour from the recruiter. Then I had 3 technical interviews with 3 different people. One of them was over 1 hour. Final interview was done via Skype. A thorough background check was done and final offer is made.

Interview mostly they will ask the basics but from each and every topic for Oracle DBA like configuration, architecture, RMAN, EXP/IMP, Performance Tuning, RAC, Golden Gate, Exadata and Cloud platform question etc.
