Initially contacted by Recruiter to see if I had interest in pursuing change in employment. Followed by a few weeks of casual contact and the "pitch" on Oracle culture and opportunities. Formal process included interviews with Recruiter, Hiring Manager and Group Vice President. Professional and expeditious.
4 interviews - on-site and remote
Couple in person, rest on phone. Recruiting heavily involved and would help coach in the process. Mostly were about previous work and such. Most of high level managers were remote

The process was long and drawn out with very limited feedback. You are asked to prepare a 30 minute presentation which takes hours to prepare yet no feedback is provided which is quite unfair on the candidate.
