It was medium-hard process of interviews the first one was an assignment the second was a technical interview and at last it was an HR final interview, so it wasn’t that easy or that hard

The process started with a 30-minute recruiter screen about background and timeline. Next was a 60-minute technical video interview covering SQL tuning, RMAN backup/restore, Data Guard, and performance troubleshooting. A second technical round focused on real incident scenarios and on-call approach. Final round with the hiring manager discussed stakeholder communication, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration. Communication was clear, expectations were transparent, and the interviewers were professional throughout.
