3 phone interviews and 1 face 2 face interviews. Lots of questions from actual day to day experience on the previous jobs, and same importance on the current job. It took 3 months from the start of interview to geting offer letter, and requires good amount of patience to complete whole process of hiring.

It all start with a good meeting with HR to check if there is a match with company, candidate, role. Afterwards, many time has been spend to have meetings with your hiring manager. Apart from that meeting with VP and I asked to meet the Architect as we work on a daily base together.
