just 2 interviews - in person. Spoke with HR and then to the executive that I was going to work for. After establishing what was expected on both sides an offer letter was presented
Had a first get-to-know type phone interview with external recruiter. Explained general tasks and responsabilities of the role.
Discussion ended swiftly as their salary buget was well under even my curent salary.
