The interview process was surprisingly seamless. I really enjoyed visiting the Austin campus and meeting the hiring managers. My first conversation was with a talent recruiter. We scheduled a call to discuss in more detail about the role, training and compensation. The second step was to interview virtually with a hiring manager, which was very personable and I got the sense that they really wanted to get to know me. At the end of the conversation I was asked to travel to Austin for a final face to face interview with 2 additional hiring managers. I was asked to prepare a presentation/demo of any app or website that I am familiar with. The entire process was great and very easy going.
No offer yet, this position has been placed on hold until further notice. The recruiter and hiring manager have been very responsive and supportive during this waiting period. I hope to have an official offer by the end of April.
2 key rounds of interview. By Hiring Manager, followed by Head of department. There could be more rounds of interviews by regional Head of sales which I am supporting. Overall, the process was smooth .
