Completely bookish interview by Oracle. All the questions that were asked were from Performance tuning 11g book. All questions were theoretical and none were based on real time situations. Second round of interview was really tough and core knowledge as well as theoretical
Knowledge is required
standard process, multiple rounds, behavioral, technical, meeting with different members of the team, typical recruiter screening and then moving forward in the process, you should hear back within an appropriate amount of time, recruiter is good about giving you feedback

Two round one is technical interview where question related to project will be asked followed by manager round where few cases will asked and few questions about difficulty faced in current company
