Went through a typical phone screening with the recruiter then two back-to-back virtual interviews with Oracle employees, mostly behavior-based questions, straightforward. I accepted the offer but asked to delay my start date due to prior commitments, recruiter said it was no problem but then my start date got indefinitely delayed and Oracle soon after completely laid off the Academy Consultant program. Haven’t received any further help from the recruiter about interviewing and getting other positions within Oracle despite her saying she would, unprofessional on her end and the company for giving out the verbal offer but never giving me the written offer.
