There was a hr screening interview initially followed by a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager. I was subsequently invited on site and asked to prepare a presentation. On arrival, it seems that not all the information on the case study had been passed onto me, so I had to improvise on the spot. One thing I did notice that it was ok for the Hiring manager to joke with the other interviewer about how his daughter’s google login was visible at the top of the screen, but when later during the course of the interview i mentioned that my kids were older and my child minding arrangements were in place, the same guy interrupted me and told me he didn’t want to hear about that. That didn’t give me a positive feeling about working there. Subsequent to this interview I had to chase the recruiter for feedback and it was negative.

3 rounds interview - First round with HR - Second round: Two interview with Senior Consultants - Third round with the hiring manager Then I got a verbal offer. 2 weeks later, the HR contacted me to announce a hiring freeze. They apologized for the delays, without providing any date of the offer letter. I didn't get any news from the hiring manager for more than 5 months, I have decided to move forward and I have joined AWS who has a serious recruiting process.
