I was on a lucky day because since the first HR contact up to put my sign on my contract, past only 1 exactly month. I had only 1 recruitment interview (10min), 2 interviews with my manager, and 1 with the senior manager. Then, I had to wait 2 weeks and fill/send a lot of documents to the HQ in GDL/Mexico. I got the date of my first date, and that's it. Many people complains about the long long process can they take to announce a job winner,but it's totally great when you receive your new hiring kit.
