Entrevista
The interview process was as follows:
- A phone screen with a recruiter
- A video interview with the hiring manager
- A "virtual on-site" interview comprised of three separate interviews spread over multiple days:
- An iOS coding video interview (90 mins)
- An architecture/systems design video interview [60 mins]
- A culture fit/soft skills video interview [60 mins]

Entrevista
The interview process includes 4 steps: Hiring manager interview, system design, technical assignment + discussion and final meeting with engineering manager. It took around 1 month to complete, but the feedback after each section was given quite fast.

Entrevista
Very straight forward and nice. Consisted of three stages: 1. Cultural interview, 2. Take home project, 3. Technical interview, using the take home project as base.
Everything felt clear and natural. It truly felt like there was an interest in finding the best suitable team for Oura and for me.
