Very quick process of 1 week. Interview with HR, hiring manager, head of team and finally 3 hour project. Ultimately, they sent me a templated rejection letter. Seemed like they either just wanted free work out of me or couldn't afford my salary requirements (which were reasonable given my skills and experience).
