Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa P. Marshall & Associates.
Entrevista
I didn't get an interview. I got a follow up email of 7 questions which included references, salary history and salary requirements. In less than 24 hours, I received a rejection email. This experience was a bit negative for me because I gave info I was not comfortable giving only to be swiftly rejected without a specific reason.

Entrevista
I heard from PM&A within a week of applying, and met with a recruiting representative for a round one interview. This interview was fairly standard, with a few basic questions like where I saw myself in 5 years and how I preferred to work-in a group or alone. In addition, she asked a few specific questions about my resume and experience, which I appreciated because it showed they read and paid attention to my resume. Following the interview I took a short, one-minute test to show my ability to spot minor differences between two invoices. A week or so after the first interview, I met with the manager of the department for a second interview, which was much more like a conversation about the position. I was offered the position a few days after.
