She was insanely helpful and gave me plenty of tips on how to please the hiring manager if I were to move forward. I did end up moving forward with the process to ultimately receive an automated rejection email.
My advice to Paper would be this: With the amount of back and forth interaction I had created a relationship with the talent acquisition specialist. I would recommend having that person send a personalized rejection letter to leave on good terms, rather than a no-reply email address.
