The hiring processes was fast, friendly, and focused. The hiring recruiter was so helpful at every step of the process, it was like I had a cheerleader on the sidelines of every interview. Each interview felt more like a friendly conversation in which they really wanted to learn about me as a person and then how my skills would apply to the job.

How would I overcome objections? What skills did I possess that would be good for sales? How would I handle not meeting expectations?
Interview process was long. Met with a few different people over the course of a few weeks. Overall it worked out fine but I believe it could have been streamlined a lot better.
There were about 6 interviews (each with another person from the team) the interviews were casual and comfortable. They highlight culture as a very important feature of the company so if you do not align with the culture, this is not the place for you. Every person that I spoke with made me feel good about my interview and the recruiter is great because if you apply for one role and you don't fit the qualifications, they will refer you to a different role that is better suited for you. I like this a lot about the interview process.

Entrevista
There were many steps and meetings in the interview process. Interviews were conducted by leaders at all levels. I thought it was a bit long, but it was nice to meet people and hear about their backgrounds and positions in the company.
