4 weeks of waiting between 2 and final interview. First two interviews happened with in a week. Thought I was ghosted and finally after several follow-ups I heard back. I thought they were bringing on too many of the same position.

The interview process with Paper was positive. All team members were a joy to meet and expectations/job role and hiring process were communicated upfront. A hiring manager reached out to me for a phone screening. Afterwards, I interviewed with two different senior managers within the team I was applying to.

One phone interview with a member of the HR team, and then two Zoom interviews, each with a different Senior Manager for Tutor Success. I heard back about next steps the day of or day after each interview, which was very nice
