initial interview is what you'd expect -> proficiency exam (basically the equivalent of a high school math and science final) -> second interview, goes pretty smoothly if you understand education/the socratic method

They went over some simulations of challenging experiences with students and had us say what we would do.
Phone interview with some basic education questions. Pretty straightforward. Also, an online test of some skills regarding STEM. The test was more advanced than I expected to tutor but well within my skill set and what can be reasonably expected in an interview.

Very easy. the phone interview was for 15 min approx. Just some basic questions about your background, time-commitment, and past experiences working as a tutor. Usually, they send the offer within 2-3 business days.

I submitted application online choosing what tutoring capabilities I had. Took online exam over mathematics topics, then had a 20 minute phone interview asking about tutoring experiences that I had had in the past.
