Three step process: 1: Phone screening with the recruiter 2. Microsoft Teams Virtual interview with the same recruiter 3. In-person interview at the office with multiple leaders and I got an offer the next day

Straightforward, phone interview with recruiter and then in office where you talk to 2 managers and may be asked to do a mock call. After the interview I was called to inform that I would not be moving forward. I asked for feedback and I was told it was company policy to not give feedback to the candidate after the final decision was made.
