The interview, overall, was a well-rounded one, ending with a tour of the facilities included (that took a while). The employees were knowledgable and appeared satisfied in their roles. Convenient location and plenty of free parking onsite

Entrevista
I worked for them as a temp, and asked a few of the guys I was working with if they were hiring, and they said they are always hiring. After we finished the set, I asked how I could apply, and I was given a business card and the person to contact. I called the contact, and he said to come on in and meet with him. I went into their office a and submitted the application and had an interview on the spot.

Entrevista
I was referred by a friend who set up the initial interview. I was a bit surprised when the manager came down, greeted me at the door, and started to take me on a tour. My first thought was did my friend do that good a job - I already had the job?!

After a few minutes it became apparent my tour was really a rolling interview designed to both put me at ease and to prevent me from using all those stock answers I had been rehearsing.
My head was spinning. Floral Department - what types of flowers have the most impact on you? Linen Department- do you like the way the light reflects off that or do you prefer the flat finish? Lighting - "Meet Tom, he is our expert. Ask him any question you want about Lighting. It went on and on - Audio, Props, Sets, Special Effects, and then finally the office sit down.
By then I was elated to be sitting in that chair ( a scene I had played over and over and dreaded in my mind). My resume was finally in her hand and I was ready to shine. I knew how to answer the questions which were sure to come but no - more torture!
What was the funnest event you ever attended - what made it fun? What was the worst - give me 5 things that you would have done better?
In the end I got the job and four years later I myself got to take a poor unsuspecting applicant on this same emotional roller coaster.
