I was referred by a networking contact who passed my info along. A rep of the company then contacted me for an initial sit down to get to know me better. That was followed by an interview with the District Manager, and then a phone call with the Regional Manager.

Two short phone interviews with two DMs. Never met either face to face which should have been the first red flag. I was interviewed and hired within 24 hours with the salary I asked for.

Multiple interviews and also a panal interview, the first was informal, the second one was more formal, panal interview was interesting conference call. Regional interview was the hardest as it should be.
