I applied online and was contacted by phone for an interview by an HR representative about 2 weeks later. Met with the manager in person. He toured me around the office/shop and introduced me to a few employees and then an interview in his office.

He asked me what I would do to attempt to free a differentially stuck pipe. There were not too many technical questions, he mostly wanted to know what my outside interests were.
