The manager was extremely professional and passionate about the company, got me keen on joining. The first part of the interview was sort of an intro about the company and its geographic presence. The second part was about expectations about the role and the opportunity to grow. Its been months and I never heard back.

There was only 1 round for the interview process at the head office. It was with the hiring manager and HR. After the interview, I was notified of their decision a week later.

I applied online and was contacted by phone for an interview by an HR representative about 2 weeks later. Met with the manager in person. He toured me around the office/shop and introduced me to a few employees and then an interview in his office.

He asked me what I would do to attempt to free a differentially stuck pipe. There were not too many technical questions, he mostly wanted to know what my outside interests were.
