Received a phone call from the department director regarding an opportunity in their financial services division. Chatted a bit about my background and wanted me to come in for a face to face interview. Dragged out for a bit until a date was scheduled as he was on vacation. Came in for a fairly quick interview. He didn't really ask any relevant questions nor explain in detail of what the job entails. I felt rushed and I got a sense he didn't really know what he was talking about nor how an interview works (which is quite embarassing considering he had 'director' as his title). Left the interview with him expressing interest and wanted me to come back. Never heard from again - even with followup emails. Highly unprofessional and unorganized.
