The company made it unclear if I was was interviewing for Associate or Sr. Associate role. Awful communication from recruiting team overall. Case interview time was changed three times. It was radio silence from the company for over two weeks after the case interview despite several follow-ups. Once they let me know that I would not be moving forward, they offered to give me a feedback session. Although, the recruiter didn't show up to the session even though it was the time they chose. Not a good experience and don't expect them to value your time.

Four levels of interview: 1. Casual conversation with recruiter about self and interest in the firm (~30 min) 2. First round w/ Manager or above, typical behavioural followed by consulting case interview (~1hr) 3. Second round w/ Partner or above, typical behaviuoral followed by mini-case (market sizing, thought experiment, etc) then consulting case interview (~1.5hr) 4. Final round w/ Director, same as second round. Cases typically focus on mining, utilities or manufacturing in the operational setting, but are not necessarily limited to that.
