Echoing the previous review that outlines Pattern's unprofessional hiring process. I applied for the Director of Digital Marketing and went through 3 different interviews–HR, Head of D2C, and the Miracle Founder. After 3 interviews, they completely ghosted me and stop replying to e-mails. Regardless of how the job market is right now, companies should be held accountable for wasting candidates time and energy. I'm thankful that I didn't end up making it to the final round where a take-home exercise is expected. This review would be a lot harsher if I dropped another 2-3 hours and another interview before getting Ghosted. It's a small world in digital marketing and this type of behavior will come back to bite them eventually. If you're looking for a company who respects your time, please second guess applying to Pattern.
