Had 4 rounds of technical Interview and then HR. In HR round HR asked me what is the expectation in terms of compensation, whatever I asked she agreed to that number and asked me to wait for 4 days for offer approval. I waited for almost 15 days keep on chasing HR for offer. After 15th day HR called and said we can't give the package that you are expecting, HR asked me to think and let them know. It was the worst experience I had. I interviewed twice in pega at different times both the Interviews I had worst experience with Pega. I didn't accept the offer given by Pega after 15 days of delay. If budget is the problem they should have asked the candidate expectations before the start of the interview process. Almost 1 month has been wasted.

It was about 7 rounds of interview starting with technical and ending with Hr round. During this 7 rounds, I met developer, Tech Lead, Manager, Director and Hr in each round. Interview process is well organized... Even thought it was 7 rounds, it didn't took not more than 1 week for the whole process. Once done with final round it took around 1.5 weeks to receive the offer letter.
