30 minute call with hiring manager, 15 minute call with HR, 45 min 2:1 Skype with Quality Engineer and ID. The interview process was completely experienced-based. Although they're looking for an ME with some design experience, there were no technical questions. It wasn't that surprising since they don't have any technical ME folks on staff - everything is outsourced. The process went well, but sadly they never got back to me. I emailed a bunch, and about three weeks after my last interview, the hiring manager returned my email. Perfectly nice, but it just doesn't seem like there's any rush and no one was on the same page. HR has been 100% dark over the last three weeks since I interviewed. That's after three attempts to reach the guy. Not sure what I did to deserve that. Maybe he was let go... Anyways, this was a total waste of time for me, but hopefully others don't have the same experience.
