Don't waste your time applying for a position. This is by far, the worst experience that ever had. Very long-drawn-out process. It looks the company has no idea what they are doing.
Even if they tell you they are looking to hire asap, don't believe them. I know you guys are young but get it together. I wonder how this company gets to make decisions. If you guys want talents, you will need to step it up and treat your candidates better.

30 minute Zoom audio call. Thought it was going to be video, but turned out to just be audio. Basic questions about market research, prioritization, working with engineers, managing stakeholders etc.
