1. Peloton recruiter emailed me about a role I did not apply for 2. Peloton scheduled a recruiter call 3. Peloton canceled recruiter call last minute 4. Scheduled 30min zoom with hiring manager 5. Hiring manager interview was basic, provided no context, and he was rude. It's not great hiring practice to have candidates directly meet with hiring managers for roles they didn't apply for. I had no context and did not have enough information to allow me to judge if this was the right fit for me. It's a waste of time for everyone.
