I had a initial phone interview with a recruiter from HR, then several video chat interviews with people throughout the organization. Each interview was roughly 30 to 45 minutes long. Interviewers ask several critical thinking questions related to their company values.

It involved 3 separate interviews by senior members of the hiring location. 30 mins each, with scripted scenarios along with follow up questions. Time at the end for questions directed at the interviewer.
