Responded to advertisement. Phone interview. Offer made. Hired. Met in person with manager after being hired. I thought there would be more to it. No recruiter. Nothing intense at all for a company who promotes how difficult it is to get a job there.

Quite informal. It was clear my interview was a formality. HR team was very kind and pleasant but hiring manager was unprofessional in how they showed up to interview. They were friendly but showed up what appeared to me as unprepared.
