My two-stage interview with Peloton was generally positive, with the initial HR interview standing out as exceptional. The recruiter was professional, engaging, and attentive, creating a welcoming and motivating environment that reflected Peloton’s commitment to a strong candidate experience. This set a positive tone for the process.
The second stage, however, was less clear. A perceived age gap may have contributed to a disconnect, as the questions, while relevant, did not fully align with my extensive experience, leaving me uncertain about how my qualifications were evaluated. Incorporating a panel interview and conducting more thorough research into candidates’ backgrounds could enhance alignment and improve the assessment.
