The interview process took approximately one month. It involved a chat with the talent acquisition specialist, a technical discussion with the team leads, a hands-on lab exercise with the same leads to demonstrate understanding of troubleshooting and some basic network security attacks, a conversation with the Customer Operations VP, and a final verbal offer meeting. The talent acquisition specialist was very responsive, and all team members were friendly and passionate about Pentera.

The entire process dragged on for more than two months, requiring me to constantly follow up for updates. There were far too many interviews, and the duration of each interview felt unnecessarily excessive.
