First I applied online on the Pepsico website and got an interview a month later. The interview was very laid back and simple. I was then notified a couple weeks later that i was hired. I also then had to chose an orientation date. Their are frequent lay offs for those without seniority.
The interview went very well. They gave us a walk through, were we practically learned how to do it in 1 day. I really like working for that company very much.

The interview was based on behaviour questions. After that, I did a medical and physical test and some online assessments. They checked my background profile and professional references as well.

Entrevista
They held a job fair and take a interview of applicators. If they pass the interview then they send them for first exam . If we pass this exam then then send for next process. After passing that we are selected for job.
