I was invited to an on site interview about a week and a half following a first round interview; which was held on my university campus. Travel expenses were covered, and a hotel room was provided. A mixer was held at the hotel the night before the day of the interview. This allowed the interviewees to talk with current staff members, and get a feel for the company culture, and potentially speak to whom they would be interviewing with. I found that all of the BIS team members were very laid back, and easy to talk to. The interview day started at 7 am. Each candidate was assigned 2 interview times, each with 2 BIS staff members. All questions I received were behavioral, and again the atmosphere was very laid back. The day was over by about 2 pm
